Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

2. The Service

RentariIQ generates informational property and rent reports from an address and your inputs. Reports are advisory market references, not appraisals or professional advice (see our Disclaimer). We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. You agree not to: scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute our data or reports except as expressly permitted (e.g. our embeddable widget with attribution intact); reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; use it to violate fair-housing, privacy, antitrust, or other laws; or use it to make automated decisions about individuals in a discriminatory way.

4. Payments, plans & refunds

Paid reports and subscription plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Per-report purchases are one-time charges.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: subscription plans renew AUTOMATICALLY at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as shown at checkout) and your payment method is charged the then-current plan price for the next period, UNTIL YOU CANCEL. The billing frequency and renewal price are disclosed before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time — with no cancellation fee — from your account billing page (or by contacting us); cancelling stops all future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We will send a receipt for each charge.

If a paid report fails to generate, we will not charge you for it (or we will refund or credit it). Except as required by law or stated at purchase, fees for delivered reports and elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable. Prices may change prospectively, and we will give advance notice of a renewal-price change as required by law.

5. Intellectual property & third-party data

The Service, its software, and its original content are owned by Rentari AI LLC and its licensors. Reports incorporate data from third-party providers (see Data Sources); that data remains subject to the providers' rights, and you receive a limited license to use your generated reports for your own lawful purposes.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that estimates are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Rentari AI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rentari AI LLC against claims arising from your use of the Service or reports, your inputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including fair-housing and tenant-protection laws).

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.

9. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rentari AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.
