These terms cover RentariIQ, the bookkeeping service operated by Rentari AI LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

RentariIQ is software for recording and reporting on rental property finances. It is not a tax, legal, accounting or investment advisory service. Reports such as Schedule E, Form 8825, depreciation and the Tax Review are estimates built from what you enter; check them with a qualified professional before relying on them or filing anything.

Your account and data

You're responsible for your sign-in details and for what you and the people you invite enter. Your financial data belongs to you. You can download it or delete your account at any time from Your data. We don't sell your data.

Trials and subscriptions

New portfolios start with a free trial. After it ends, adding and editing transactions needs a paid subscription; your books stay readable. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to store other people's data without the right to, or to try to break or overload it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We'll give notice by email or in the app before material changes to these terms take effect.
