How Rentari AI LLC handles information in RentariIQ.

What we collect

Your name, email and phone; the portfolios, properties, transactions, files and notes you add; vendors' details including taxpayer IDs you choose to enter; and basic usage and security logs (such as sign-in times and IP addresses).

Bank connections

Statement files are read into transactions and not kept. If you link an account, Stripe Financial Connections handles the connection; we never receive or store your bank password, and we keep only Stripe's account reference and the transactions you choose to import.

How we use it

To run the service for you: show your books and reports, send account emails (verification, password resets, invitations and trial reminders), bill your subscription and answer support requests. We don't sell your information or use your financial data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that run parts of the service on our behalf: cloud hosting and storage (Google Cloud), payments and bank connections (Stripe) and email delivery. People you invite to a portfolio can see that portfolio.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Taxpayer IDs are encrypted at rest and only their last four digits are shown. Files are kept in private storage.

Your choices

Download everything we hold about you, or delete your account and the portfolios you own, from Your data in the app. Account emails can't be turned off while your account is open; we don't send marketing email without your consent.
