Information we collect

Account information you provide (such as your email and password, stored only as a secure hash). Report inputs you enter, including property addresses and unit details. Usage and device information (such as pages viewed and general log data). Payment is handled by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number.

The addresses you enter to generate a report may relate to third parties (for example, a property you own or manage). We use them only to produce your report and the associated market lookups.

How we use information

To provide and improve the Service, generate and store your reports, process payments and manage subscriptions, communicate with you about your account, prevent abuse, and comply with law. If you opt in, we may send occasional product or educational emails; you can unsubscribe at any time.

How information is shared

We share information with service providers that help us operate: our payment processor (Stripe), cloud infrastructure and analytics (Google Cloud, and Google Analytics if enabled), and the third-party property-data providers that power reports (see Data Sources). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, we ask for your consent first (via a banner) and set analytics/advertising cookies only after you accept; we also honor a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out. You can control cookies through your browser settings and change your choice at any time. With analytics off, the Service loads no third-party analytics scripts.

Security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

We retain account and report data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your profile, reports, saved properties, and watches promptly; we retain payment and transaction records in anonymized form (no longer linked to you) for as long as tax, accounting, and audit obligations require, and we retain limited records where the law requires or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Your privacy rights

You have the right to KNOW and ACCESS the personal information we hold about you and the right to DELETE your account and associated personal data — both self-serve from Settings → Your data (download a machine-readable copy, or delete your account), and you may also make either request by contacting [email protected]. To CORRECT your information, contact [email protected].

Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and similar state laws), you also have the right to opt out of any 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. We verify requests against your signed-in account; you may use an authorized agent, and if we decline a request you may ask us to reconsider.

Do not sell or share my personal information

We do NOT sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, for money or otherwise. If we ever enable advertising measurement that would qualify as 'sharing' under the CPRA, we will provide a clear 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' control, honor the GPC opt-out signal, and obtain consent before setting any advertising cookie.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
