Estimates are informational, not appraisals
Every rent estimate, value figure, tax-appeal analysis, cash-flow projection, and other report Rentari IQ produces is an informational market reference generated from data and comparable listings. It is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, or a guarantee of any rent, value, sale price, tax outcome, or return.
Our estimates are not legal, tax, financial, investment, or real-estate advice. Confirm any number independently and consult a qualified professional (appraiser, attorney, CPA, or licensed agent) before you rely on it for a decision.
Where the numbers come from — and where they don't
Rent estimates are built from your own property data and publicly available comparable listings, blended with licensed third-party market data (see our Data Sources page). They are never derived from other landlords' confidential, non-public rents.
You set your own rents. Rentari IQ does not set, recommend that you coordinate, or pool private pricing among competitors. Our estimates are a data point to inform your own independent pricing decision.
Fair housing
Our estimates are demographically blind by design: they do not use race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any protected characteristic (or proxies for them) as an input.
You are solely responsible for complying with the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair-housing, source-of-income, rent-control, and tenant-protection laws. Do not use our estimates or reports to discriminate against, steer, or screen applicants on any protected basis.
Report-specific notes
Property-tax-appeal analyses are informational and do not guarantee a reduction; assessment rules, deadlines, and appeal processes vary by jurisdiction — confirm with your local assessor or a tax professional. Section 8 / Fair Market Rent figures reflect HUD data and general program mechanics; actual payment standards and approvals are set by your local housing authority. Cash-flow and investment figures depend on inputs and assumptions you provide and are illustrative only.

Data is obtained from sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Reports are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
